If you used the same email address to sign up with ShopStyle and Rakuten/Ebates, you’re all set.
If you signed up for ShopStyle and Rakuten/Ebates with different email addresses:
- Please reach out to the Rakuten Member Services team to have them merge your two accounts. Make sure to let them know which one you'd like to keep! Note: For security reasons, please be sure to double-check that both of your Rakuten/Ebates accounts both list the same mailing address and PayPal account information.
- Once Rakuten Member Services has merged your accounts, please reach out to the ShopStyle team for assistance. Please make sure to let us know which email address you would like to keep and which one you would like merged and closed.
You may have a different email address for Rakuten than you do for ShopStyle. Please make sure to communicate this with the team when you reach out.
If you have an Ebates account, your account will be transitioned into a Rakuten account. Find out more here.
